The term ‘Rahasya Romancho’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website www.rahasyaromancho.com. whose registered office is Liber Fieri, C/o. Debnath House, Kabi Sukanta Road, Nabapally, Barasat. Kolkata – 700126. India. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

We offers a tailored subscription service that enables members to enjoy a variety of entertainment content, including both readable and some are audible or video materials known as “Rahasya Romancho Content,” which include fiction, non-fiction, features, dramas, interviews, news, and other informative and fictionalized content. This content can be accessed over the Internet on various devices such as mobile phones, laptops, and computers through our website www.rahasyaromancho.com.

These Terms and Conditions pertain to the utilization of our ‘Rahasya Romancho’ service, which includes personalized content discovery, access to ‘Rohoshyo Romancho’ content, various features, recommendations, reviews, websites, user interfaces, and related software. When referring to ‘you’ within these Terms, it signifies the member responsible for creating the ‘Rohoshyo Romancho’ account and whose payment method is used for charges.

  1. ‘Rahasya Romancho’ Membership

Your membership with ‘Rahasya Romancho’ will persist until it is formally terminated. This means that unless you take specific action to end your membership, such as cancellation,(see “Cancellation” below) it will remain active and continue to provide you with access to the service. To utilize the ‘Rohoshyo Romancho’ service, you must have Internet access and furnish us with one or more Payment Methods. “Payment Method” refers to a current, valid, accepted form of payment, subject to periodic updates, which may involve payment via a third-party account. If you do not cancel your membership prior to your billing date, you grant us authorization to charge the subscription fee for the upcoming billing cycle to your Payment Method.


4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans, some of which involve collaborations with third-party products and services. It’s important to note that we do not take responsibility for these third-party offerings. Each subscription plan comes with distinct terms and restrictions, which are clearly explained during the sign-up process or in the information we provide. For specific information regarding your ‘Rahasya Romancho’ subscription, please visit Rahasyaromancho.com and navigate to the “My Account” section by clicking on the link available at the top of the pages under your profile name. From time to time, we reserve the right to modify our subscription plans and service prices. If such changes occur, we promise to inform you at least one month in advance before the revised prices or subscription plan alterations take effect. This advance notice ensures that you are well-informed and have ample time to adjust to the upcoming changes.

4.2 Subscription Fees

The subscription fee for ‘Rahasya Romancho’ and any additional charges, like taxes and transaction fees, will be automatically charged to your Payment Method on the specified payment date. Your billing cycle length is based on the subscription plan you selected during signup. Your payment date may change due to various reasons, such as Payment Method issues, subscription plan changes, or subscription start dates. For details on your next payment date, visit rahasyaromancho.com and click on “Billing details” in the “My Account” section.  We may pre-authorize your Payment Method for subscription charges, which can include up to a month’s worth of service when you sign up. If you used a third-party account as your Payment Method for ‘Rahasya Romancho,’ you can access billing details by visiting your account on the respective third-party platform.  

4.3 Payment Methods

To access the ‘Rahasya Romancho’ service, you need to have at least one Payment Method on file. We are authorized to charge any Payment Method linked to your account if your primary method is declined or unavailable for subscription payment. You are accountable for any outstanding charges. If a payment fails due to reasons like expiration or insufficient funds and you don’t cancel your account, we may temporarily suspend your service access until a valid Payment Method is successfully charged. Certain Payment Methods may incur additional fees from the issuer, like foreign transaction fees. Local tax charges may differ based on the Payment Method. Contact your Payment Method service provider for specific information. You can update Payment Methods on the “My Account” page. We may also update them using details from payment service providers, and you authorize us to charge the updated Payment Method(s) accordingly.

4.4 Promotional Offers

At times, we provide special promotional offers, plans, or memberships (“Offers”). Eligibility for Offers is at the discretion of ‘Rahasya Romancho’, and we may revoke an Offer and suspend your account if deemed ineligible. Some introductory Offers may not be available to members of households with existing or recent ‘Rahasya Romancho’ memberships. We may consider device ID, payment method, or account email associated with a current or recent ‘Rahasya Romancho’ membership to assess Offer eligibility. Specific requirements and restrictions will be outlined during sign-up or in related communications.

  1. Cancellation or Refund Policy

You have the flexibility to cancel your ‘Rahasya Romancho’ membership anytime, and your access will remain until the end of the billing cycle. Please note that payments are non-refundable according to the law, and we do not offer refunds or credits for unused content or partial membership periods. To cancel, visit the “My Account” page and follow the cancellation instructions. Upon cancellation of your membership, your account will close at the end of the current billing cycle. To check the closure date, click on “Billing details” in the “My Account” section. If you used a third-party account for ‘Rahasya Romancho’ payment and want to cancel, you may need to do so through that third party,  For instance, you can cancel by accessing your account with the third party and disabling auto-renew or unsubscribing from ‘Rahasya Romancho’ through that platform. But there is no such refund policy.

  1. Rahasya Romancho Service

    6.1.  To register for the Rahasya Romancho service, individuals must be 18 years of age or older. Minors are permitted to use the service only when supervised by an adult.

    6.2. The Rahasya Romancho service and its content are for personal, non-commercial use and should not be shared beyond your household unless allowed by your subscription plan. As a member, you have a limited, non-transferable right to access the service and content, with no transfer of rights. Public performances using the service are not permitted.

    6.3.  Use the Rahasya Romancho service and its features in compliance with all relevant laws, rules, and regulations governing its use and content.  Do not engage in unauthorized actions without explicit permission.
  1. (i)  Do not archive, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publish, or sell content from the Rahasya Romancho service without explicit authorization.;
  2. (ii) Do not bypass or tamper with any content protection features, copyright notices, or trademarks on the Rahasya Romancho service; 
  3. (iii)  Do not use automated tools like robots or scrapers to access the Rahasya Romancho service; 
  4. Your use of our service may be terminated or restricted if you violate the Terms of Use or engage in illegal or fraudulent activities.
