Refund and Subscription Policy

This Refund and Subscription Policy describes how paid plans, renewals, cancellations, and refunds work for Rahasya Romancho digital products and subscriptions. It supplements our Terms and Conditions.

1. Plans and access

We may offer one-time purchases, recurring subscriptions, bundles, or promotional access. Features, catalogue availability, and device limits (if any) are described at the point of sale and in your account area. Access is personal unless a specific family or institutional plan is offered and purchased.

2. Billing and renewal

  • Subscription cycles: you are charged at the start of each billing period (for example monthly or annually) at the then-current rate unless you cancel before renewal.
  • Payment methods: charges are processed by our payment partners. You authorise us and our partners to charge your selected payment method for applicable fees and taxes.
  • Failed payments: if a charge fails, we may retry, suspend access until payment succeeds, or cancel the subscription after notice where permitted.
  • Price changes: we may change subscription prices with advance notice as required by law and your payment provider’s rules. Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance of the new price.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription through the account or billing portal linked from the Service, or by following the cancellation path provided by the app store or platform where you subscribed (for example Apple App Store or Google Play), if applicable.

Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not erase past charges. You typically retain access until the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise at purchase.

4. Refunds — general approach

Because digital content is delivered instantly, all sales are generally final once access is granted, except where:

  • mandatory consumer rights apply in your jurisdiction (for example certain cooling-off rules for distance contracts where digital performance has not begun with your consent);
  • we fail to provide the Service through no fault of yours and cannot restore access within a reasonable time;
  • duplicate charges or clear billing errors occur;
  • we approve a discretionary refund as a goodwill gesture or for technical issues affecting your experience.

Refund eligibility for purchases made through third-party platforms is determined by those platforms’ policies in addition to ours.

5. How to request a refund

Email or message us using the contact method published on the Service. Include the email on the account, order or subscription ID, date of charge, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

If you paid through an app store, you may also need to request a refund directly from that store’s support centre.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unresolved chargebacks may result in suspension of your account and reversal of access.

7. Promotions and trials

Free trials convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial unless you cancel in time. Promotional pricing may renew at the standard rate; we will show renewal terms before you confirm checkout where feasible.

8. Taxes

Displayed prices may exclude or include taxes depending on your location and checkout flow. You are responsible for any applicable taxes not collected by us where the law places that obligation on you.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy to reflect product, legal, or payment partner requirements. The “Last updated” date will change; material changes may be announced on the Service.

10. Contact
